At JK Boots, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly for the long haul. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, resalable boots within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is free of any scuffs or wear marks.

• 3.
  Ship Your Boots

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master cobblers inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
