In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom or 'made-to-order' boots, please allow 6-8 weeks for craftsmanship and delivery.

Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?

Yes, we provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper maintenance.

Can I return or exchange my boots if they don't fit?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the boots are in brand-new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
